As NFTs develop further into pure art in their own right, more and more firms are giving credence to the serious question of how to display these pieces IRL. Infinite Objects appeared over and over throughout last week’s conference–while their offerings are gorgeous, they aren’t the only frame name in the game. A little competition is healthy, and Metasill’s inventiveness has put them on the map.
Metaverse Post caught up with Jacob Korman at NFT.NYC last week, where Metasill debuted their latest NFT display screen in the shape of a hexagon, cleverly inspired by Twitter’s turquoise ‘verified’ symbol, itself extremely relevant to the entire crypto community. The piece went on pre-order for $1,600.
Beyond this hot new drop, Metasill offers screens in a wide array of sizes, that also come with their own software and app that connects securely to users’ wallets. Design daring markets their greatest competitive edge. Framing is a critical–and expensive–part of collecting actual art. It’s good to see more firms honoring NFT artworks with the same construction and consideration.
Check out the interview to hear more about what’s on Metasill’s mind for the future.
